ENTNERS CUISINE & INCLUSIVE SERVICES

Our room rates include meals as well as our Entners INCLUSIVE Cuisine, the use of the entire Entners SPA (indoors and outdoors), and numerous other included services. Our Entners INCLUSIVE Culinary Experience begins on the day of arrival with afternoon brunch and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.

You are also welcome to choose our Entners Dine Around experience and get to know the full variety of our cuisine and our places of pleasure indoors and outdoors.

With our Dine Around, you have the opportunity to opt-out of Entners INCLUSIVE culinary experience by noon daily and dine in one of our à la carte restaurants. We will credit you € 10 per person for the unclaimed evening menu.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

We would like to continue to offer you a lot of flexibility for direct bookings so that you can plan your holiday carefree. Therefore, we have adjusted our cancellation conditions for your wellness break.

The following cancellation conditions apply for stays in the following periods

• free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the day of arrival
• from 3 days before the day of arrival we charge 90% of the booked package price
• in case of early departure we charge 90% of the booked package price

The following cancellation conditions apply for stays in the following periods
20. July- 03. November 2024
14. December - 22. December 2024
05. January - 21. February 2025
08. March - 15. March 2025
01. September - 02. November 2025

• free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the day of arrival
• from 7 days to 4 days before the day of arrival 70 % of the booked package price
• from 3 days before the day of arrival we charge 90% of the booked package price
• in case of early departure we charge 90% of the booked package price

The following cancellation conditions apply for stays in the following periods
29. May - 11. July 2025

• free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the day of arrival
• from 14 days to 7 days before the day of arrival 70 % of the booked package price
• from 7 days before the day of arrival we charge 90% of the booked package price
• in case of early departure we charge 90% of the booked package price

The following cancellation conditions apply for stays in the following periods
12. July - 31. August 2025

• free cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks the day of arrival
• from 8 weeks to 3 weeks before the day of arrival 70 % of the booked package price
• from 3 weeks before the day of arrival we charge 90% of the booked package price
• in case of early departure we charge 90% of the booked package price

The following cancellation conditions apply for stays in the following periods
23. December - 27. December 2024
22. February - 07. March 2025

• free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date
• from 30 days to 15 days before the day of arrival 70 % of the booked package price
• from 14 days before the day of arrival we charge 90% of the booked package price
• in case of early departure we charge 90% of the booked package price

The following cancellation conditions apply for stays in the following period
28. December 2024 - 05. January 2024

• free cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks before the arrival date
• from 8 weeks to 6 weeks before the day of arrival 50 % of the booked package price
• from 6 weeks to 3 weeks before the day of arrival 70 % of the booked package price
• from 3 weeks before the day of arrival we charge 90% of the booked package price

VISITOR'S TAX

Our prices do not include the local visitor's tax of €3 per person and day. Children up to 15 years are exempt from the visitor's l tax.

WELLNESS ON YOUR DEPARTURE DAY

You can enjoy the spa area on your departure day including the sweet corner in the afternoon for the special price of €48 per person.

SINGLE ROOM

All our double rooms can be booked as single rooms –  on request and availability – for an extra charge from €50 per night.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

If you want to be on the safe side and start your holiday carefree, we can gladly take out our travel cancellation insurance for you.
We charge 10.00 euros per person per night for this. (Applies to children from 10 years of age, children up to and including 9 years of age do not need insurance).

In case of illness, you can cancel free of charge up to the last day. (a medical certificate is necessary)

If a reservation or cancellation is made, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments apply.

DOGS

Your four-legged friends are welcome guests in our hotel. However, please understand that dogs are not allowed in the spa areas, on the lakeside pier, or in our restaurants on the 1st floor. We charge € 35 per day for your four-legged family member as well as a final cleaning fee of € 50,-.

In some room categories pets are allowed – please contact us in advance.
In the following categories it is not possible to bring pets: Achensee Family Suite, Achensee Panoramasuite, Achensee Residence de Luxe, See Juniorsuite as well as in all rooms on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floor.

 

CHILDREN

We will be happy to provide cribs and beds for children. We also offer special children's meals and have an indoor playroom. 

ROOM RESERVATIONS

We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee room numbers, floors, and table numbers. However, we will gladly take note of your wishes and try our best to make them come true.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash upon departure. You are also welcome to pay with credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa) and electronic EC card. Checks are not accepted.

ARRIVAL

Travel conveniently by car, train, bus, or plane. You can find information for your journey here.

RECEPTION

Our reception desk is open every day from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Your room is ready for occupancy on the day of your arrival from 2:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance. Please vacate your room on the day of departure by 11:00 am.

*Special regulations apply for stays until November 3, 2024: On November 3, we say goodbye to the off-season and start preparing for the coming winter season. Depending on availability, we offer early check-in on arrival. If this is not possible, we will provide you with a SPA bag so that you can use the SPA area before you check into your room. On the day of departure, our pools are open from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm and our saunas from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. You can enjoy a relaxed breakfast until 11:00 am and our hotel bar is also open until 2:00 pm for refreshments.

Please plan your check-out and departure on November 3rd by 14:00 at the latest.

LATE CHECK-OUT

If you would like a late check-out, we will be happy to accommodate you for 50% of the room price (subject to availability).

PARKING

Free parking is available directly at the hotel. For a relaxed arrival, we will be happy to park your car for you. For electric cars, we have two charging stations behind the house.

RESERVATIONS FOR MASSAGES

To better fulfill your appointment requests, we recommend booking your desired massage appointments in advance. If you book your stay directly through us, we will give you a 10% discount on one massage treatment per stay. More direct booking advantages.

FOOD INTOLERANCES

Please let us know of any intolerances or allergies when you make your reservation so we can cater to your needs.

ACHENSEE CARD

We will gladly provide you with the AchenseeCard free of charge. With this card, you can use the regional bus free of charge, participate in the Achensee hiking programme and go cross-country skiing in Pertisau. In addition, you will receive discounts on the Achensee boat rides and the Karwendel mountain railroad Pertisau as well as at museums, castles, and attractions in the region.

ACHENSEE HOLIDAY CARD

With the Achensee Holiday Card you can visit many attractions within one week for free and as often as you like. (€84 per adult, €35 per child).

SPORT

In our associated sports store Sport Wörndle we grant you a 10% discount on sportswear and equipment, rentals, and sporting goods.  

DRESS CODE

We ask for relaxed elegant clothing in all public areas such as restaurants, bars, terraces, lobby, etc.
On New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve, we ask for festive evening dress.

WiFi

Internet via WiFi is available free of charge in the entire hotel area.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in any of the closed rooms. You are welcome to smoke on your balcony or in our Smoking Lounge on the 1st floor.
